Manteca's Book Exchange has run into an unexpected legal chapter.
The Manteca Ripon Pentecost Society 95th annual Holy Ghost Celebration includes a parade on Sunday, June 29, at 9:30 a.m., mass at St. Anthony's Church at 10:30 a.m. and serving of sopa and meat as well as the auction following the mass.
