Lathrop’s Calayan graduates from FPU

LATHROP – Czarina Calayan of Lathrop, was among about 340 graduates at the Fresno Pacific University's spring commencement, which took place at 7 p.m. in Chukchansi Park (Grizzlies Stadium) in downtown Fresno.
