TRACY – Amanda Spencer never thought she would see the day she would earn her high school diploma after leaving an area high school in 2010. That changed on Monday when the Lodi resident was awarded a diploma from Delta Charter Online, a new Tracy-based charter school authorized by New Jerusalem Elementary School District.

Love INC is a non-profit organization that dispenses hand-ups and not hand-outs. Now, it's the one in need of a hand-up. Volunteers who can provide extra helping hands are needed to help with the additional load it is handling this Christmas.
