Steve Winter receives honorary MHS diploma

Add one more to the list of Manteca High graduates. At Thursday's commencement exercises, retiring Principal Steve Winter received an honorary diploma. "But this one is a little different," said Michael Seelye, president of the Manteca Unified school board. Winter was part of the school's "Tradition of Excellence."
