Manteca-based Team Unity’s under-10 girls fastpitch softball team placed fifth in the Amateur Softball Association National Championships in Johnson City, Tenn. July 27-Aug. 2. Team Unity finished with a 4-2 record. The team will move up to under-12 this fall and is looking to add players to its roster.
