Man faces charges of altering pay check from his employer A well-dressed motorist was stopped and arrested by police in the parking lot of a North Main Street drug store Wednesday morning after they learned he was in town. They searched him out on charges that included altering his pay checks from a Manteca business last October and a no bail warrant for a vandalism conviction.
