Fred W. Leuenberger Fred W. Leuenberger, 87, entered into rest on Wednesday, October 7, in Manteca. He was born on September 15, 1922, to Swiss immigrants, Fred and Marie Leuenberger who settled in Wisconsin as dairy farmers. He was preceded in death by his parents as well as one sister, Hilda Leuenberger. Fred was a resident of Manteca for 29 years. |

Maxine E. Loewenstein Maxine passed away on Saturday, Oct. 31, 2009 at Bethany Home in Ripon. She was 88 years old. She was a resident of Ripon for the past three years and a prior resident of Escalon; she was married to the late Gaither Loewenstein. She is survived by her sisters Verda Hollingsworth and Verla Long, both of Ripon, as well as numerous nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her two sisters Marguerite Judt and Jean Specker. |
