Mail should continue to be delivered 6 days a week. The USPS is a service of the US government- it is not a company, nor is it required to make a profit. It is self funded by the customer usage and would be profitable- if the pre-funding laws were reasonable, and the politicians would stop playing russian roulette with this "not for profit organization". I srongly suggest everyone contact their respective represenatives in power and voice your opinions to keep the USPS and 6 day delivery- it is a service we all have had for our life times and should continue. This is something we all want to pass along to our children and their children- it is a great service and what else can you get for 44 cents?

Well it is September 30 and your weekly poll is still going..... for how many weeks? This is over a month- are you really after what our opinions are- or are you try to skew the numbers to make them what you'd like them to be? Can not take much stock in your poll. Thnaks for the disapointment.

Well its now October 10 and this weekly poll is still ongoing..... this has been a long week- look at the other post's and the dates- not a very reliable poll.

I feel that the USPS can save a ton of money simply by dropping ALL the holidays that the postal employees have. I see no reason to stop delivery for all of these holidays, and it just makes a heavier load for them the day(s) after, also, if your regular carrier is off, the replacement carrier doesn't always pull all your mail and it is left for the regular when they come back.
