The Trips N’ Tours group at the Manteca Senior Center has arranged four upcoming trips that are open to anyone wishing to participate.

Sunday, Aug. 3

 RIVER CATS BASEBALL: The trip to Raley’s Field in West Sacramento on Sunday, Aug. 3, features the River Cats and the Las Vegas 51’s. Thursday, Sept. 11. The $45 ticket includes transportation and admission plus a stop in Old Sacramento for a no-host lunch. Game time is 5:45 p.m. with seats in a shaded area behind home plate. The bus departs the senior center at 11 a.m. and returns about 9 p.m.



Thursday, Sept. 11

 GOLDEN GATE FIELDS: The trip to the Golden Gate Fields horse racing venue in Berkeley costs $74 per person and takes place on Thursday, Sept. 11. It includes transportation, admission and hosted lunch at the Turf Club. The bus departs the senior center at 10 a.m. and returns at 7 p.m.



Thursday, Oct. 16
 PACIFIC INTERNATIONAL QUILT FESTIVAL: Some 300 merchant booths are at the Pacific International Quilt Festival; taking place at the Santa Clara Convention Center in San Jose on Thursday, Oct. 16. The round-tip is $40 and admission is $13. The bus departs Manteca at 8 a.m. and returns at 6 p.m.



Tuesday, Oct. 21

 APPLE HILL: The day trip to the High Hill Ranch in El Dorado County’s Apple Hill takes place Tuesday, Oct, 21. The $45 per person covers round-trip transportation, a $5 coupon, a 90-minute loop tour of Apple Hill with stops along the way. There is a no host lunch. Departure is at 8 a.m. from the senior center with an approximate 8 p.m. return.
