She was blessed with seven grandchildren, Madison Allen, Paris Allen, Megan MaGill, Krista Bratton, Haley Bratton and Bobby Bratton. In addition she was blessed with two grandchildren, William Jacob and Lauren Meahan.  Carolyn is also survived by her brother Kevin Fischer of Modesto.
Carolyn was a Manteca resident since 1960. She was a teacher the early part of her marriage and would later stay home with her children. She would then teach again at Sequoia Elementary School. She was a member at St. Anthony’s Catholic Church where she was a part of St. Vincent de Paul. She was a member of the Women’s Service Club, the Manteca Garden Club and designed medals for Volks Marchers International. Carolyn was beyond talented. She played the piano, painted beautifully and kept her garden immaculate. She made the most beautiful memories for her family.  She enjoyed the simple pleasures in life, such as spending time in Capitola and in Santa Cruz for summers. She loved her family dearly and showed it at every opportunity. She will be remembered as a loving mother, grandmother and friend.
