Editor, Manteca Bulletin,

After reading the article on the homeless center for single adults the council may consider building I believe this is the wrong direction for the City of Manteca.

We have Catholic charities, other shelters in the area that can help them if they choose.  The majority of homeless choose to live this way.

The police need to monitor the Library Park and other areas so they can keep them out simple as that!

The police are the only ones that can safely do this enforce the law.

Not eight steps to decide what is needed.

Open a homeless center you will have more homeless from other areas and we will have more of a problem then we have now.

Maybe have Saturday themes for families to come each week to Library Park such as face painting, races for kids, doesn’t need to cost much just families coming together to eat lunch hang out and enjoy one of oldest park here.
