Elliott on tap to serve as Ripona principal

Ripon Unified is getting a new elementary school principal and a director of student service.

 Trustees of the Ripon Unified School District will look to fill those posts and more at tonight’s session in the Council Chambers, 259 N. Wilma Ave.

Greg Elliott is on tap to be hired as the next principal at Ripona Elementary School while Thomas Crocker will look to become the district’s Director of Student Services during the 7 p.m. open session.

Trustees are also scheduled to hire Kristi Rigg (third grade), Miranda Lucas (kindergarten) and Linda Villa (special ed) at Colony Oak Elementary School; Laura Barna (secretary / curriculum), Angela Troy (secretary / student services) and Anna Perkins (5-12 music director); Tiffany Gonsalves (eighth grade), Matthew Menefee (special ed), Ashley Martin (sixth grade) and Sarah Harris (sixth grade) at Park View Elementary School; Kelcie Lavenson at Ripon Elementary; Parmveer Masuta (art), Shawna Vasquez (secretary), Jose Saenz (Spanish), and Danielle Ortiz (psychology) at Ripon High; Marianne “Annie” Thompson (sixth grade), Tiffany Saunders (special ed), and Lauren Nagle (second grade) at Ripona; and Wendi Bryan (Learning Center), Staci Morris (seventh grade) and Shelby Sutton (seventh grade) at Weston Elementary School.
