Phil Waterford’s Manteca Ford has been nominated to an exclusive group of Ford Motor Company dealers — 2015 Salute To Dealers.

Salute to Dealers is a company-wide initiative that recognizes top Dealer Principals who generously work to improve the lives of those in need in their communities.

Salute To Dealers continues to be a very important initiative within Ford Motor Company. Each year, Edsel B. Ford II said he is humbled to discover just how giving some Ford dealers are within their communities. Ford takes great pride in Phil Waterford’s contributions and is privileged to have honored dozens of deserving men and women over the past fourteen years. 

This year, regional managers submitted 80 nominations from all over the globe.  A panel of independent judges from a variety of backgrounds selected the six honorees based on the dealer’s activities, length of participation and personal participation.  With each year’s group participation in hundreds of causes, selecting just six dealers to individually honor is a difficult, but rewarding task.

Considering the high quality and community spirit of Ford’s dealer network, this is a tribute to Manteca Ford’s hard work and dedication. Top executives within Ford Motor Company recognized Phil Waterford’s strong community contributions as a 2015 Salute To Dealers nominee.
