TRACY – Spring is near and Tracy Nissan is ready for it with the sporty new 370Z.

Call it sports car weather, according to the staff at the dealership located at 3195 N. Naglee Road.

Tracy Nissan is currently stocked with this sixth generation sports car, both on the lot and in the showroom.

The 2013 model is sculpted for style – it’s available in coupe, hatchback and roadster (or convertible) – handles like a champ, and features a surprisingly comfortable two-seat cabin.

The engine in the 370Z is that of a powerful 3.7-liter V6 capable of cranking out 332 horsepower and 270 pound-feet of torque, and available in a six-speed manual transmission or a seven-speed automatic.

For fuel efficiency, this Nissan gets about 18 miles per gallon, city, and 26 mpg, highway.

The microfinished crankshaft and camshafts, the front and rear stabilizer bars, and the three-point front strut tower brace also contribute to the handling of this sports car.

The brakes are front and rear vented disc with 18-inch aluminum alloy wheels.

The Nissan 370Z comes equipped with standard safety features such as driver, front passenger, side-impact and curtain airbags, anti-lock brakes, traction control system, vehicle dynamic control, tire pressure monitoring system, brake assist, and Electronic Brake force Distribution, to name a few.

Inside the cabin is the eight-way adjustable driver’s seat coupled with four-way adjustable passenger’s seat.

The three-spoke steering wheel has cruise control.

The AM/FM/CD audio system with four speakers also features an auxiliary input jack, drive computer, and a programmable shift indicator light.

Nissan, in addition, offers the Intelligent Key with push button ignition.

Exterior features include the LED daytime running lights, bi-functional Xenon headlights, automatic on/off headlights, heated outside mirrors, and fender-mounted illuminated “Z” sidemarkers.
