Bank of Stockton is hosting the HOPE Ministries 2nd annual Poker Tournament fund raiser on Saturday, Feb. 27.

Entry donation is $50 and seats are still available. Contact HOPE Ministries at 824-0658 for more information. Prizes include a two night stay in a two bedroom suite at the Seascape Inn on Monterey Bay in Aptos; a luxury suite at the Stockton Ports Stadium for your family and friends to enjoy a game; and many other great prizes.

HOPE Ministries thanks the Bank of Stockton for their generous gift of the use of their facility for the Poker Tournament. Their commitment to support community organizations helping those in need is outstanding.

If you’re not a poker play but want to help HOPE Ministries shelter homeless families with children, Applebee’s Restaurant is hosting a “Dining to Donate” event on March 1 in which 20% of all food sales will be donated to HOPE to help provide shelter and support for homeless families and children. A flyer is needed to participate and can be obtained by calling HOPE Ministries at 824-0658.

The faith-based organization also thanks Applebee’s for their generous support through their “Dining to Donate” program.

“In these hard economic times, HOPE is reaching out for support in our community and Applebee’s has stepped up to help in a great way,” said HOPE Family executive director Dave Thompson.
