CALVARY COMMUNITY: This Sunday at Calvary we continue the study on the book of Matthew with “Christ’s Alive – So What?” using scripture references from Matthew 28.

Everyone is welcome to join us every Thursday to Pray 4 Manteca. This weekly prayer group open to anyone. It’s held each Thursday from 12 noon to 1 p.m. in Modular Room 401. Its duration is one hour but is also designed for those who may only be able to stay for ten minutes. It gives people an opportunity to stop and call on God for the challenges they face in their respective areas of life and work.

NEW LIFE LATHROP: Come join New Life Lathrop this Sunday for a time of worship and fellowship. 33nd Annual German Advent Service in Manteca

United Lutheran Church will hold the traditional German Advent Service on Sunday, Nov. 27 at 4 p.m. This marks the 33rd year for this event. It is a celebration of the Advent season with the service and music entirely in the German language. Pastor Krey of Oakland will lead the worship and the Heimat Choir from Stockton will sing traditional German Christmas carols. And following the worship service there will be a reception for everyone in the church social hall with special German treats and beverages.
