LIGHTHOUSE COMMUNITY: On Saturday, Oct, 17, couples across North America will receive practical tips for making their marriages stronger from the country’s foremost marriage experts - LIVE via satellite on CCN.  

In conjunction with Church Communication Network (CCN), Lighthouse Community Church, Lathrop, brings The Heart of a Great Marriage to a local audience that day from 8:30 a.m. to 3 p.m.

Featuring renowned speakers Dr. Gary Smalley, Kevin Leman, Ted Cunningham, and more — The Heart of a Great Marriage will give couples the keys to building a foundation of trust: a caring, secure relationship where each partner serves the other with love and faithfulness.

PRESBYTERIAN:

CALVARY COMMUNITY: This Sunday at Calvary, Pastor Dan Angove will resume his message series teaching from Ephesians chapter 6:5-9 which addresses employer/employee relationships from a Biblical perspective. Please join us as we are encouraged from God’s word. Calvary offers Sunday morning services at 8:30, 9:45 and 11 a.m. A non-traditional service with progressive music and media, relational settings, multiple teachers, and opportunities for individual expression is offered at 6 p.m. Children’s programs run concurrently with all services.

CORNERSTONE COMMUNITY:
This Sunday, Pastor Scott Hoag will begin a new four-part sermon series called “Discerning the Voice of God.” The title of this week’s message is “Recognizing God’s Voice.” Our service time is 10 a.m. Nursery, preschool and Children’s Church are provided. UNITED LUTHERAN: Join us Sunday, October 11, for the traditional service at 8 a.m. and/or the contemporary service at 10:30 a.m. This week’s sermon will be “The Nature of Unbelief.” Nursery care is available for children 6 months to 6 years old. Wednesday nights we have dollar dinners at 5:45 p.m. followed by a Divine Worship service at 6:30 p.m. Everyone is welcome. Sunday school, youth activities and Bible studies are at 9:15 a.m. on Sunday mornings.
