TEEN CHALLENGE MINISTRIES: Heartland Community Church at the corner of Main and Acacia in Ripon will host San Joaquin Valley Teen Challenge on Sunday, Jan. 24, at 10:30 a.m. Addiction is one of the most imprisoning and destructive problems a person can face. You are invited to come hear stories of hope, healing and restoration. The mission of Teen Challenge is to provide their students with an effective, comprehensive, Faith Based solution to life controlling problems which will enable them to become productive members of society.  

MANTECA PRESBYTERIAN: Please join Manteca Presbyterian Church this Sunday at 10 a.m. for Pastor Dave Warner’s sermon “Getting Off the Merry-Go-Round.” Music Minister Anne Talcott will be leading the Praise Team at the beginning of the service as well as directing the choir in the anthem, “God So Loved the World.” We would like to invite you to stay and join us for refreshments in the Fellowship Hall immediately following the service.

CALVARY COMMUNITY: This Sunday at Calvary we begin a new message series ONE (No Longer a Slave) with Part 2, “Genuine Love.” Sermon references are from Philemon 8-12. Please join us as we are encouraged by God’s Word and fellowship together.

Calvary offers three Sunday services at 9, 10:30 a.m. and 6 p.m. with children’s programs running at parallel times.

CORNERSTONE COMMUNITY: This Sunday Pastor Scott Hoag will be sharing our theme for 2010 and the direction God is wanting us to move toward as a church. Our theme is “Ready to Go!” “Ready to Fight!” “Ready to Win!” Our service time is 10 a.m. Nursery, preschool and children’s church are provided. Also join us for our new Wednesday evening 59 minute service called “The Blitz.” The “Blitz” is designed for adults who want to be encouraged during the week with a plan from God’s word. The service includes a life-building message from Pastor Scott Hoag, the Play of the Week for families and uplifting music that will build your faith. We also offer Royal Rangers and MPact Gift’s club for kids, Jr. High and high school. It all starts at 6:30 p.m. and ends at 7:29 p.m. We are located at 17900 Comconex Road. ST. PAUL’S UNITED METHODIST: St. Paul’s United Methodist Church will worship this Sunday at 10 a.m. in the church sanctuary located at 910 East North Street. This Sunday Pastor Brandon Austin will be preaching a sermon entitled “Wedding Crashers” using John 2:1-11.  Lisa Brown will lead the younger children in children’s church and nursery care is provided in a well-equipped room during the worship services. At 9 a.m. there are classes for all ages.  

Our mid-week Wednesday Nite Lite begins at 6 p.m. with a potluck meal. At 6:30 we begin worship with singing, scripture, a message and prayer led by Pastor Brandon Austin followed by Faith Building and Interactive Learning at 7 p.m.
