ADORATION RETREAT: Everyone is invited to attend the 7th annual Adoration Retreat at St. Anthony of Padua Catholic Church today from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Events include a holy hour with benediction of the Blessed Sacrament, praying the rosary and the Chaplet of Divine Mercy, and inspirational talks by several guest speakers including Father Patrick J. Walker, church pastor, and assistant vicar Father Dante Dammay. Lunch will be provided and the Sacrament of Reconciliation (confession) will be available.

PRESBYTERIAN: Please join Manteca Presbyterian Church this Sunday at 10 a.m. for Pastor Wendy Warner’s sermon “What’s in a Name...The Bread of Life.” Music Minister Anne Talcott will be leading the Praise Team at the beginning of the service as well as directing the choir in the anthem, “Draw My Close/ I Need Thee Every Hour.” We would like to invite you to stay and join us for refreshments in the Fellowship Hall immediately following the service. UNITED LUTHERAN: Join us Sunday, March 14, for the traditional service at 8 a.m./ or the contemporary service at 10:30 a.m. This Sunday’s sermon title is “The Price Paid.” Nursery care is available for children 6 months to 6 years old. On Wednesday nights we have a soup supper at 5:45 p.m. followed by a Lenten service at 6:30 p.m. Everyone is welcome. CALVARY COMMUNITY: This Sunday at Calvary we begin a new three week series “Talking With God” with Part 1, “Why Talk to God?” Why does God want us to pray? The Bible offers numerous references on how we should pray and how God can reveal himself to us. Please join us for this exciting series.

Calvary offers Sunday morning services at 9 and 10:30 a.m. A non-traditional service with progressive music and media, relational settings, multiple teachers, and opportunities for individual expression is offered at 6 p.m. Children’s programs run concurrently with all services.

: This Sunday, Pastor Scott Hoag will be starting a new sermon series called “ivalue.” The title of this week’s message is ivalue Divine Healing.” Our service time is 10 a.m. Nursery, preschool and Children’s Church are provided. Also, join us for our new Wednesday evening 59 minute service called “The Blitz.” The Blitz is designed for adults who want to be encouraged during the week with a plan from God’s word.
