PRESBYTERIAN: Please join Manteca Presbyterian Church this Sunday for Pastor Dave Warner’s sermon “Daily Bread for Whom?” Music Minister Anne Talcott will be leading the Praise Team at the beginning of the service. UNITED LUTHERAN
: Join us Sunday, July 19, for the traditional service at 8 a.m. and/ or the contemporary service at 10 a.m. Communion will be served at both services. This week’s sermon will be “Dealing With Trials.” Nursery care is available for children 6 months to 6 years old. Wednesday nights we have a Divine Worship service at 6:30 p.m. Everyone is welcome. CALVARY COMMUNITY
: This Sunday at Calvary we continue a new series entitled “The Great Emancipation — Freedom in Christ” with Part 3, “Struggling or Conquering?” Scripture references from Romans 7:14-25 encourage us to make good life choices and how we can be victorious on a daily basis.

Calvary offers four Sunday services at 8:30, 9:45 and 11 a.m. and 6 p.m. with children’s programs running at parallel times (6 p.m. Pre-School and Nursery only.) Sign language is offered at the 9:45 a.m. service at the front left side of the Worship Center.

Easily accessible from any direction in the valley (from Interstate 5 or Highway 99, Lathrop Road exits), Calvary is located at 815 West Lathrop Road. For more information contact the church office at 239-1345.

FIRST BAPTIST
: We invite you to join us Sunday for our 10:30 a.m. Worship Service. Pastor David Skrimager Sr. will bring the message and Joyce Bennett will read to the children some more of the story about a boy named Christian trying to reach the Celestial City. Sunday school begins at 9 a.m. and there are classes for all ages. Pastor David Halla has started a new Sunday school class titled, “The World of Error.” We have nursery care for children (infants to 4 years old.)

Ladies, want to get away and be with other ladies from other churches in our association? A Ladies Retreat has been scheduled for Sept. 11 - 13 at Jenness Park. The cost is $125 each (includes meals, etc.) If you are interested in attending please contact Sharon Hickman or the church office. Sign up sheets are available in each foyer.

Out Bible studies are on Sundays at 5 p.m. in the Keenager classroom (studying the Baptist Faith & Message), our College/career class meet Tuesdays at 6 p.m. at a home (studying Acts) and adults meet on Thursdays at 7 p.m. at a home (studying Acts.)

The good ministry is on Sundays at 12:15 p.m. (after our morning service), families we help with food can get food every 6 weeks. You need to call the church for an appointment. Due to the number of families in Manteca, we only give food to those who live in Manteca. If you are in need of clothing, please call the church and make an appointment (Monday - Friday or Sunday.) You may get clothing as often as needed.

ST. PAUL’S UNITED METHODIST: St. Paul’s United Methodist Church will worship this Sunday at 10 a.m. in the church sanctuary located at 910 E. North Street.  This Sunday Pastor Brandon Austin will be preaching a sermon entitled “Where is the Love in That?” using Matthew 23:16-24.

There will be children’s church available for the younger children and nursery care is provided in a well-equipped room during the worship services. At 9 a.m. there are classes for all ages.
