CALVARY COMMUNITY: This Sunday at Calvary, we continue our “Legends” message series with Part 5, “Gideon — Nobodies into Somebodies.”

Calvary offers three Sunday services at 9 and 10:30 a.m. and 6 p.m. with children’s programs at parallel times.

UNITED LUTHERAN: Join us Sunday, July 18, for the traditional service at 8 a.m. and/or the contemporary service at 10:30 a.m. Communion will be served at both services. This Sunday’s sermon title is “Worldly Worship.” Nursery care is available for children 6 months to 6 years old. Sunday school is at 9:15 a.m. On Wednesday nights we have Divine Worship Service at 6:30 p.m. followed by Bible study. Everyone is welcome. CORNERSTONE COMMUNITY
: This Sunday, Justin Fox will be appearing in concert. Justin has been touring full-time for over 15 years as a professional recording artist and worship leader with 10 CDs and millions of miles on the road. His blend of energetic musicianship and passionate, heartfelt song writing is insightful and inspiring. This is an event you don’t want to miss. Sunday service begins at 10 a.m. Nursery, preschool and Cornerstone Kids Church are available. Check out information about our Vacation Bible School on our website. The dates are July 19 - 23, from 6 to 8:30 p.m. We are located at 17900 Comconex Road. JOURNEY CHURCH: A church of the Nazarene and El Buen Samaritano Iglesia du Nazarene invites the community to our Celebration in the Sun on Sunday, July 18, beginning at 10 a.m. at Bobette & Charlie Giles’ Park (formerly Bay Meadows Park) by the Boys & Girls Club on Acacia Street, just off Alameda St., Manteca.

Journey Church and El Buen Samaritano is one church with two languages. The service will be in both English and Spanish with fantastic music and great preaching by our Pastors, Freeman Hodgins and Alfredo Villatoro. There will be a luncheon to follow. Invite family and friends to join you at the park. Bring a lawn chair and enjoy church in the park.

Our English services each Sunday are at 10 a.m. and the Spanish services are at 1 p.m. on Sundays. We are a Combined Church of the Nazarene.
