PRESBYTERIAN: All are welcome this Sunday at Manteca Presbyterian Church for the 10 a.m. worship service, even Wisemen. Anne Talcott will lead our Praise Team in our opening songs. UNITED LUTHERAN: Join us Sunday, Dec. 12, for the traditional service at 8 a.m. and/or the contemporary service at 10:30 a.m. This Sunday’s sermon title is “Joyful Angels.” We will also have our Christmas Cantata “Emmanuel, Celebrating Heaven’s Child” at both services. CALVARY COMMUNITY
: Please join us on Sunday as we study Matthew 1, “A Dream That Changed History.” Don’t miss this year’s original musical production by Calvary Worship Arts Ministries, “Christmas Dreamin’. A cast of 100 will delight and encourage you with this original script. Performance times are Saturday evening at 7 p.m. and Sunday afternoon at 2 p.m. Doors will open 30 minutes prior to each performance. Admission is free; no tickets are necessary.

Calvary offers three Sunday services at 9 and 10:30 a.m. and 6 p.m. with children’s programs at parallel times.

FIRST BAPTIST
: If you enjoy Southern Gospel music, you won’t want to miss the Blackwood Gospel Quartet. They will be ministering in music at our church Sunday, Dec. 12 at 6 p.m. in our sanctuary. Mark Blackwood is a lead and baritone singer, Dale Evans is truly one of the great tenors of our day, David Mann is a baritone and lead singer, and Chris West sings bass. Admission is free, but a “Love Offering” will be taken for the quartet during the evening. Come and join us.

On Sundays, Sunday School begins at 9 a.m. and there are classes for all ages. Our Sunday Morning Worship Service begins at 10:30 a.m. Pastor Theo Pope will bring the message, Pastor David Skrimager Sr. will lead the music, and Joyce Bennett will lead Children’s Time. You are welcome to attend. The “Way of the Master” class 9evangelism) continues at 5 p.m. in the sanctuary.

An Adult Bible study is held on Thursdays at 7 p.m. and on Saturdays at 8 a.m. the men join for a Bible study and Prayer. Please call the church office for the locations.

The food ministry is on Sundays at 12:15 p.m. (after our morning service) – our food closet is being replenished, therefore, there will be no food until further notice. Please call the church office early in the week to see if we have food to give out and to schedule an appointment.
