The Messiah’s Mansion – a full-scale replica of the Mosaic Sanctuary – is being showcased by the Seventh-day Adventist Church through Sunday.

Free tours of the replica billed as “the size you would have seen it if you were alive in the days of Moses” – take place daily from 1 to 7 p.m. Tours start ever 15 minutes at the replica located on the church grounds at 525 S. Union Road.

There are five stations in the guided tour that highlights the symbols and meanings of the sanctuary. The first station is an overview of a small scale model to prepare for the temple tour. The courtyard includes the altar of sacrifice and laver with an explanation of how the objects are applied spiritually to our lives.

The Holy Place serves as station three. Guides will explain the showbread, the altar of incense and the candlesticks mingling spiritual applications with symbolic explanations.

The fourth station is where the guide explains the lessons and symbols found in The Most Holy Place. It is there you can see the ark of Covenant and its contents, the Ten Commandments, the pot of Manna, and Aaron’s Rod that budded.

The fifth and final station focuses on the high priest’s garment and the symbols found there.
