Manzanita Ventures appears ripe to help the area’s beleaguered real estate industry get back on its feet.
“This market is poised to start the healing process with what appears to be the beginning of price and market stabilization,” Candini said. “It’s a different market with a different mindset, one that will need specialized services that are based entirely upon customer needs.
“It’s a new profession, meaning a different approach to servicing this industry is needed, which Manzanita Ventures will innovatively provide.”

“The one constant that will never change in this industry is it being a relationship-based business,” Candini added. “Times are different and the way real estate business is conducted will be different, but it will always be credible relationship and trust – the corner of our mission.”

Candini was president of Central Valley builder Florsheim Homes, and has over 20 years of experience in the business and was responsible for the construction of an estimated 4,000 houses.
Souza has an extensive background in both property management and commercial building.
In her 20 years, Rose has specialized in space planning and interior design.
In her long tenure, Gikas brings a wealth of knowledge in residential real estate.
Lange’s know-how is in business management and marketing.
