The Fadeff family found the last plastic Easter egg in the final week of the Manteca Bulletin’s Easter Egg Hunt.
Dad Dean, mom Jodi, and daughters Amy and Molly found the giant egg about 7:30 a.m. on Saturday by the Delta Bank on North Main Street in Manteca. Their find earned them $100, which they are most likely going to split into four $25 portions, and concluded the first Easter Egg Hunt held by the newspaper.
The final three clues this week were:
• There used to be a lot of rabbits nearby. This is in reference to the fact that the building Delta Bank is located in once housed a Volkswagen dealership that sold VW Rabbits.
• The delta isn’t far away. This is a reference to Delta National Bank.
• A real wheel dealer. This is a reference to the tire store that shares the same building with Delta National Bank plus is across the street from Manteca Ford.
