Manteca developers have built 603 single family homes during the past 23 months.

The latest City of Manteca construction activity report notes there were six single family homes started in November to bring the total for the first 11 months of 2011 to 248.

There were 355 new homes built in Manteca during 2010.

The biggest permit was for $450,000 worth of tenant improvements in a business park structure at 1262 DuPont Court on Spreckels Park.
