Hasn’t anyone that enforces abandoned car rules noticed the crumpled sedan complete with jagged metal sticking out and shattered glass around it parked on West Yosemite Avenue near Johnny’s Restaurant?

At least two people who said they have mentioned it to the city said it has been parked there for four days and definitely has the appearance of being inoperable.

It doesn’t say too much having a trashed car parked for days along one of Manteca’s most high-profile thoroughfares.
