IHOP’s National Pancake Day fundraiser is today from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m.  IHOP restaurants nationwide will offer guests a free short stack of buttermilk pancakes and ask that guests to consider leaving a little something behind for UC Davis Children’s Hospital.

 The Manteca IHOP is on East Yosemite Avenue just west of Spreckels Avenue.
