The Moffat Community Center that will serve as the home of the Jimmie Connors Veterans of Foreign Wars Post is on the fast track.

City leaders expect to reviewed design  proposals next week and have documents ready for the pre-building design work to start at the Nov. 16 Manteca City Council meeting.

The community center is going on Moffat Boulevard just west of the park and storm retention basin that is across from Eckert’s Cold Storage.
