River Islands at Lathrop is expected to decide next month whether to go ahead with a request to switch from Banta School District and Tracy High School District to join Manteca Unified School District.

River Islands has signed an agreement with Manteca Unified to make sure any expenses they occur in the process to consider the possibility is on the dime of the developers and not taxpayers.
