River Islands Technology Academy will celebrate its second annual Evening of Art tonight.

Students used paints, pastels and clay, incorporating various techniques to build their works of art.

The gallery will be staged in the school’s multi-purpose room. Doors will open at 5:30 p.m. and remain open for two hours.

Speaking of doors...

The school will be accepting donations at each entrance to help fund the art program. Along with a gallery, Evening of Art will also include henna decorating, food provided by the Boosters Club, and cupcakes by Twisted Cupcakes.
