Speaking of turkeys, the City of Manteca deserves such a designation for the stretch of southbound South Main Street just before the 120 Bypass onramp.
The pavement has been deteriorating for years and now is a wide expanse of cracked and washboard asphalt. You’d think on such a heavily traveled stretch of pavement that some remedial paving patchwork would have been done by now.
