You can help answer those questions and many more by voting in the 2011 Best of Manteca event.
The community’s top three nominees in nearly 90 categories are part of a ballot for this year’s competition. Voting starts Tuesday and runs through April 16. Voting is being done all on-line this year by going to either www.visitmanteca or www.emanteca and clicking on the “Best of Manteca” button.
The awards show, sit down dinner, and celebration will take place on Thursday, May 6, at a rural Manteca Victorian garden setting.
Tickets are $35 each.
Tickets are available at the Manteca Visitors Center, 1422 Grove Avenue, in The Promenade Shops at Orchard Valley Monday through Saturday from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. For information call 823-7229.
The benefits the winners will receive include marketing through the local media and at the event, a profile in over 25,000 CVB visitors’ guides, a plaque for their business and a window sticker, and a website advertisement on the CVB page for one year.
