Two blood drives are planned for this month in Manteca.
Prayer Valley Family and Delta Blood Bank will host a blood drive on Sunday, Feb.21, from 10 a.m. o 3 p.m. located at 119 Sycamore Avenue in Manteca. For more information or to make an appointment please contact Pastor Ron Taylor at 825-9794.
Manteca Park Golf Course and Delta Blood Bank will host a blood drive on Wednesday, Feb. 24 from 6 to 11 a.m. located at 305 N. Union Road in Manteca. For more information or to make an appointment please contact Alan or Don at 825-2500.
All registered donors will receive a key chain courtesy of Delta Blood Bank.
dinner Feb. 17
The MRPS Hall is staging a fish dinner at the hall, 133 N. Grant St., on Ash Wednesday, Feb. 17, from 4 to 7:30 p.m.
Adult tickets are $12.50 while children tickets (12 and under) are $6. Dinner includes fish, potatoes, green beans, salad, bread and dessert. Takeout is available. For tickets call either 823-6560 or 823-3963 or else Fagundes Meats 239-4184.
