Boys & Girls offering summer Sunrise Program

The Boys & Girls Club is again offering an option for people looking for a safe haven for their children during summer.
The Sunrise Program starts May 31. It allows a child that’s a club member from age 6 to 18 to stay at the club at 545 W. Alameda St. in Manteca from 7 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday through Friday. Regular summer hours are 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.
The cost is $50 a week or $20 a day. A summer pass from May 31 to Aug. 3 is offered for $450 reflecting a savings of $50. To take advantage of the discount the summer pass must be paid in full by May 27. A deposit of $50 by May 27 holds your spot.
The program included breakfast, lunch, and a daily snack as well as arts and crafts, physical education, cultural enrichment, and trained adult professional staff supervision.
