College Night at Delta campus on Sept. 5

STOCKTON — Delta College will host its’ annual “College Night” program on Thursday, Sept. 6, from 5:30 to 8 p.m. in Danner Hall.

This event provides the opportunity for high school students to meet with over 50 visiting four-year university representatives from CSU, UC, Out-of-State and Private/Independent colleges and universities.

Attend the welcome session at 5:30 p.m. in the Tillie Lewis Theater for the Discover the Delta College Transfer Advantage workshop. This is a popular session, so plan to arrive early! Students will learn how to complete their first two years at Delta College, then transfer as a junior to a four-year university. Other specialized transfer workshops will cover CSU and UC admission requirements, independent/private admission requirements and financial aid resources.

A variety of Delta College programs and services will also be on display. “College Night” is an evening where students can explore their major and discover exciting career opportunities. High school seniors and their families are encouraged to attend as they plan for future academic success.
