Brandon Scott Wisuri, 29, and Robert Ray Guillory, a 27-year-old parolee-at-large,  were both arrested Tuesday afternoon at a home in the 300 block of West Alameda Street by street crimes unit officers after having to force open the front door.

Both men were transported to the San Joaquin County Jail where they are being held without bail on parole holds.

Manteca Police had reportedly received information that Wisuri was at the Alameda Street address.  It was also discovered that the residence had someone living there that was on searchable probation.

Police spokesman Jason Hensley said that dayshift officers, along with a state parole agent and street crimes unit detectives went to the address.  “They knocked on the front door requesting entry several times and waited for a response.  No one answered the door, so after waiting, they forced entry.

Hensley added that Wisuri fled out the back of the residence and was apprehended by officers in the back yard without further incident.

Parolee-at-large Guillory was found in the residence where officers reportedly located a large amount of counterfeit property, stolen credit cards and a loaded stolen .38 caliber revolver.

Wisuri was charged for being a felon in possession of a loaded firearm and possession of a stolen firearm along with the parole hold.  Guillory was charged felony possession of a stolen property and with a parole violation.

Detective Ranch Johnson and patrolman Armen Avakian were credited with developing the intelligence that led to the men’s arrest.

The two men are scheduled to appear in the Manteca Branch of the San Joaquin County Superior Court on Thursday at 1:30 p.m.
