RIPON — Ripon officers arrested a parolee-at-large Tuesday morning after seeing a suspicious black Honda near the fuel islands at the Flying J Truck Stop on Jack Tone Road and Highway 99 with a fake, outdated license registration.

Jimmie Lee Henson, Jr., 47, of Stockton was arrested on a “no bail” at large warrant and transported to the San Joaquin County Jail in French Camp.

Officers questioned a female passenger, Bobbie Jean Hook, 33, of Modesto who was booked on a felony drug possession charge along with a drug paraphernalia charge, police said.

The vehicle was searched and officers located four hypodermic syringes – one appeared to be loaded with heroin, police said.

Henson was also charged with giving an erroneous name to officers and for being in possession of drug paraphernalia and with having false registration tab placed on his vehicle license plate.
