Two vehicles stolen within 25 minutes of each other

Two vehicles were stolen in Manteca Friday morning within 25 minutes of each other, police reported.

The first was taken from the 1500 block of Crestwood Avenue at 6:15 a.m. and the second was reported missing at 6:40 from a residence in the 600 block of Parkwood Drive.  Another vehicle was reported stolen on Thursday in the 900 block of East North Street.

There was also a bomb threat reported to Manteca Police in the 1000 block of South Main Street Thursday afternoon shortly after 2 p.m.  A commercial burglary occurred in the 100 block of North Grant and residential burglaries were reported in the 200 block of East Louise Avenue and in the 600 block of Blanche Court – both on Thursday as well.

On Wednesday there were several more auto burglaries with the latest discovered in the 1100 block of Sonora Avenue and another in the 800 block of Atherton Drive.  The third vehicle break-in and theft occurred in the 1100 block of Nunes Court was again in the 800 block of Atherton Drive at 4:30 in the afternoon.
