CrossFit Excel will host “Barbell for Boobs: Helen Meets Grace” on Friday, Oct. 11, at the gym’s facility at 1433 Moffat Boulevard in Manteca.

The partner event will feature the WODs Helen and Grace, and teams will be measured on time. All skill levels welcomed.

Entry fee is $25 and it includes a T-shirt, an all-you-can-eat dinner hosted by Las Casuelas and a raffle ticket. All proceeds go to “Barbell for Boobs,” whose mission is to save lives through early detection.
