The Manteca Unified School District is having kindergarten registration on Thursday, April 15.
Those interested in enrolling their youngster can do at the school of attendance from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m., but must furnish the following:
• Proof of birth as evidence of age (must be age 5 or older on or before Dec. 2 of the current year).
• Written evidence of a physical exam on or after Feb. 8, 2010.
• Proof of residency (PG&E, telephone or a water bill).
• Written evidence of up-to-date immunizations with month and year of each vaccine dose signed or stamped by clinic, physician or nurse.
