MUSD board, Stockton council meet

WESTON RANCH — Manteca Unified School District officials are scheduled to meet Thursday, March 18, with representatives of the City of Stockton.

The two-by-two session will take part at the Weston Ranch Branch of the San Joaquin County Public Library located at 4726 McCuen Ave., Stockton, beginning at 4 p.m.

The two groups will discuss plans for a dedication plaque for the Weston Ranch library in memory of Geraldine Tomcheck.

They’ll also receive updates on high density apartments planned for this southwest community of Stockton, school resource officers, and discussions on a community outreach symposium or forums.
