STOCKTON – The off-Broadway musical revue “Forever Plaid” opens Friday, Sept. 9, and runs through Sunday, Oct. 2, at the Stockton Civic Theatre.

This deliciously goofy revue centers on four young male singers who are killed on their way to their first big concert, and are miraculously revived for a posthumous chance to perform the show that never was. Singing in the closest of harmonies, squabbling boyishly over the smallest intonations, and executing their charmingly outlandish choreography with over-zealous precision, “Plaids” is a wonderful show with a program of beloved songs and delightful patter.

Performances are on Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays at 7:30 p.m. and Sundays at 2:30 p.m. Tickets are $25 for adults, $21 for seniors, and $15 for students and children.

For tickets contact the Box Office at 473-2424, or go online at sctlivetheatre.com. The Box Office is open Tuesday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. and two hours prior to curtain time on all shows. The theatre is  at 2312 Rosemarie Lane.
