Raymond Osteria

Air National Guard Airman 1st Class Raymond I. Osteria graduated from basic military training at Joint Base San Antonio-Lackland, San Antonio, Texas.

Osteria is the son of Trini Dominguez of Lathrop.

 He is a 2010 graduate of Merrill F. West High School in Tracy. 

Daniel Guzman

Navy Seaman Apprentice Daniel L. Guzman, son of Daniel G. Guzman of Lathrop,   and Lisa M. Biocini of Stockton  recently completed U.S. Navy basic training at Recruit Training Command, Great Lakes, Ill. was recently promoted to his current rank upon graduation. 

Guzman received the early promotion for outstanding performance during all phases of the training cycle. Training which included classroom study and practical instruction on naval customs, first aid, firefighting, water safety and survival, and shipboard and aircraft safety. An emphasis was also placed on physical fitness. 

Guzman is a 2012 graduate of Weston Ranch High School.
