Ray of Hope

The Central Valley Association of Realtors will be hosting “Christmas in July” at the Manteca Transit Center, 220 Moffat Blvd. on Friday, July 26.

Proceeds from the annual event will benefit the Ray of Hope Children’s Services.

Ray of Hope is a local non-profit that provides assistance to the neediest children and youth with food, clothing, school supplies, etc.

These youngsters are referrals from local and government agencies such as the Children Abuse Prevention Agency, San Joaquin County Protective Services, and the local school districts, to name a few.

Cost for “Christmas in July,” which will once again feature the Christmas Can Tree, is $25 per person, and is open to the public.

Last year’s event featured an attendance of 100 or so from the various organizations.

“Christmas in July” will again serve up brunch and coffee accompanied by entertainment.
