Within two years of opening, plans are to paint a mural on the south facing wall that is currently blank.

There are two other items before the Planning Commission tonight.

*A new 910-square-foot office building at 210 North Street between Maple and Sycamore avenues.

*A Cingular Warless cell tower at 1125 North Union Road on property owned by the First Christian Church of Manteca.
