The Lathrop Planning Commission will be conducting a special meeting this evening.
During the 6 o’clock session in the City of Lathrop Council Chambers, 390 Towne Centre Dr., Commissioners will discuss two items on the agenda.
The first is the proposed Dalfen Truck / Trailer Parking Facility at 17100 S. Harlan Rd., which calls for the development of the 10.5-acre site consisting of 272 spaces.
Commissioners will consider the adoption of a resolution that finds the project exempt from further Environmental Review Pursuant to the Public Resources Code and the California Environmental Quality Act. They’ll also look to approve the Site Plan Review.
The other item is the Yosemite Avenue / D’Arcy Parkway Project, consisting of the development of a service station for passenger and commercial vehicles, and two restaurants.
The Planning Commission will consider adopting a resolution to approve a Site Plan Review for the proposed project that’s already been addressed in the certified EIR of the Lathrop Gateway Business Park Specific Plan, as it falls with the scope analyzed in the EIR – no further environmental review would be required.
