Manteca is marking National Senior Center month with a series of free events as well as the annual Senior Center Health & Wellness Fair.

For the next three Mondays the senior center at  295 Cherry Lane is hosting the following free activities for those 50 years and older:

*Sept. 16 at noon: A line dancing tutorial with pizza other treats after dancing.

*Sept. 23 at noon: An ice cream sundae social after lunch.

*Sept. 30 at 9:30 a.m. A hot breakfast, trivia and free bingo.

The annual Senior Center Health & Wellness Fair is Friday, Sept. 27, from 10 a.m. to noon.

The event features health and specialty vendors, giveaways, door prizes, bingo, and lunch.
