The recent San Joaquin AgFest Junior Livestock Show and Auction was a seven-day event held at the San Joaquin County fairgrounds and featuring 1,334 entries from dedicated FFA and 4-H Club members.
The dedicated students displayed their livestock and vocational projects back in June.
For that, the Ripon Unified school board recognized those who put forth their “creative juices and efforts,” said Superintendent Ziggy Robeson, at Monday’s meeting in the Council Chamber.
This included from the Ripon High FFA were Justin Alemeida, Zoe Barba, Kyle Blankenship, Caitlynn Campbell, Tommy Campbell, Martin Cardoza, Jake Chapin, Ian Clark Angelina Cortez.
Other members honored were Alyssa Donich, Kylee Duree, Thomas Jacob Hunt, Jeanne Keener, Matthew Maragos, Cassidy Morton, Trevor Pedersen, Emma Phelps, Ean Richards, Brock Sadler, Malery States, and Isabel Thompson.
Each received a recognition from RUSD.
