The San Joaquin County Fair returns Friday for its three-day run.
This year’s theme is “Bloom Where You Are Planted.”
The annual fair was canceled during the past two years due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
Located at the fairgrounds – 1658 S. Airport Wy., Stockton – the SJC fair will feature new and exciting food options such as Gold-Plated Ice Cream Cones, Unicorn Shakes, Oreo Funnel Cakes, and Foot Long Corndogs.
“We are excited to have the SJC Fair back in 2022 for some safe family fun with food entertainment, live music, and carnival rides and games,” said CEO Jennifer Stafford in her press release.
She added: “We can’t wait to bring our community together for this event and we have made an effort to keep prices low.”
Cost is $5 online during presales for all ages. Children age 4 and under are free.
Parking is $10 per vehicle including motorcycles.
Box office hours are noon to 8 p.m. on Friday, 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. on Saturday, and 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. on Sunday.
Live entertainment will include the Tribute to Tom Petty (Friday), Tribute to the Eagles (Saturday) and Los Parras (Sunday, Hispanic Heritage Day hosed by Valdivia Enterprises).
